One of the more anticipated youngsters to hit the local prep scene is sophomore Gilman standout QB/WR Kai Locksley, the son of Terps OC Mike Locksley, who had something of a coming-out party today in Gilman's pre-season scrimmage against St. John's (DC) at Gilman.
