Perhaps it wasn't much of a surprise that Kai Locksley pulled in his first scholarship offer from the same university where his father currently coaches. The 6-foot-4, 180-pound Baltimore (Md.) Gilman School sophomore is the son of Maryland offensive coordinator Mike Locksley, and on Saturday afternoon Terps head coach Randy Edsall gave the younger Locksley the verbal.
