Terps making progress but fall short in Morgantown

TerrapinTimes.com MORGANTOWN -- Maryland wasn't able to emerge with a victory Saturday afternoon, but the feisty, young Terps (2-2), 28-point underdogs against No. 8 West Virginia (3-0), hung tough in a 31-21 loss in front of 58,504 spectators at Mountaineer Field.
