Although Maryland played host to a number of highly touted recruits during its game against Florida State Nov. 17, there were only a few underclassmen who held a Terps offer coming into the game. One of those top UMD targets in attendance was Wilmington (Del.) Salesianum School outside linebacker Troy Reeder, a 2014 recruit with five early offers to his name.
