Signing Day is a little more than a month away, and while Maryland is focused on adding another lineman or two to round out its class, the staff still has its eyes on a local receiver who slipped away back during the summer. But District Heights (Md.) Suitland speedster Taivon Jacobs has been an Ohio State pledge since July, and he has remained steadfast on the Buckeyes in the months since then.
