It has been a little over a month since District Heights (Md.) Suitland point guard Roddy Peters elected to have surgery on a torn labrum in his left shoulder. The 6-foot-4, 180-pound Maryland signee suffered the injury before the season started, but he was actually able to play six games before ending his senior campaign with a 24-point effort against Eleanor Roosevelt High on Dec. 20.
