Brenda Frese wrapped up her 2013 recruiting class early when Aberdeen High School center Bri Jones became Maryland's fourth and final verbal commit on the Fourth of July, well before the November 2012 Letter of Intent period, and adding even more icing on the cake of a Top 10 national class.
