Hampton (Va.) Phoebus running back Dennis Mathis (5-foot-9, 180 pounds, 4.45 seconds) is one of the most underrated players in Virginia for 2007. Mathis, despite his size, runs with a nice combination of speed and power. Marshall has had recent success at the Tidewater area football powerhouse.
