Kenney played his freshman season at Upper Marlboro (Md.) Bishop O’Connell--the same high school as Melo Trimble--before transferring to RCC before his sophomore year. He’s averaging 13.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game for New World on the Adidas Gauntlet Series during the current live period and his recruitment is starting to gain steam. So far, Kenney has acquired offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Penn State and Rhode Island, while Arizona, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska and UConn have all shown strong interest.
