Two Terps make updated Rivals 100

The 2016 Rivals 100 presented by Under Armour was updated on Monday and the Terps were well represented with a pair of commits making the cut.
Olney (Md.) Good Counsel four-star linebacker Keandre Jones came in at No. 39 in the most recent rankings, while Potomac (Md.) Bullis School four-star quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. also made the list, coming in at No. 83.

Although Randy Edsall has landed commitments from former Rivals 100 players Stefon Diggs, Damian Prince and Yannick Ngakoue, the 2016 class marks the first time the Terps have landed multiple top 100 players under the fifth-year coach.
Haskins, who's ranking dropped slightly from No. 68, had his player rating increase from 5.8 to 5.9.
Among Maryland's 2016 commits that did not make the Rivals100, Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha running back Darryl Turner added a star and is now a four-star prospect in the latest update.
Turner had an impressive spring on the camp circuit, earning running back MVP honors at the Rivals camp in Richmond as well as earning wide receiver MVP honors at The Opening D.C.
Along with adding a fourth star, Turner also saw his rating increase from 5.6 to 5.8.
With ten players already committed, including three four-stars, Maryland's 2016 class is currently ranked No. 19 nationally.
