After being announced as Maryland’s new head coach last week, Mike Locksley wasted no time in hitting the recruiting trail for the Terps.

Locksley steps into his lead role in College Park with a lot of talent at certain positions, however, one unit that he’ll need to address heavily in recruiting is the Terps offensive line. Maryland needs to add depth up front on offense and playing in the trenches in the Big Ten requires immense size and strength. Locksley has identified these qualities in Good Counsel (Olney, Md.) 2019 three-star offensive tackle Mason Lunsford, who Dec. 11 became one of the first to receive a Maryland offer from the former Alabama offensive coordinator.
