Maryland starting quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa had another solid game versus Purdue, throwing for 315 yards and three touchdowns in a losing effort. Starting left tackle Jaelyn Duncan and the rest of the offensive line once again did a good job of giving Tagovailoa time to throw.
On the defensive side of the ball, starting cornerback Jakorian Bennett, who is top 10 nationally in passes defended per game, came up with his first interception of the season versus Aidan O'Connell and the Boilermakers.
