COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Maryland men's basketball head coach Mark Turgeon met with local media on Tuesday as part of the team's annual media day ahead of the Terps' exhibition opener Nov. 2.

Among the many topics Turgeon discussed were the team's two scholarship freshmen, the team's health, how this year's team will play without Melo Trimble, college basketball's FBI scandal and more.
