Browder was recruited primarily as a wide receiver by Maryland, but can also play defensive back. He becomes the third Maryland commit from the state of Georgia, joining fellow wide receivers Carlos Carriere and Sean Nelson.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Browder is the Terps' 19th commitment in the 2017 class. He is the No. 76-ranked player in the state of Georgia and the No. 58-ranked athlete nationally by Rivals.
