Trimble, Wiley to play in Derby Festival Classic

Maryland signees Romelo Trimble and Dion Wiley will compete in this year's Derby Festival Classic at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Ky. on Friday, April 18.
The Maryland duo is among 20 players that were selected and will both compete on the Green team. The event also features a Night of Future Stars, which includes slam dunk, 2-on-2 and three-point contests. The Night of Future Stars takes place the evening before the Classic, Thursday, April 17, at Floyds Central High School in Floyds Knobs, Ind.

Other local players selected for the event include Riverdale Baptist big man Chinanu Onuaku, a former DC Assault teammate of Romelo Trimble and Louisville signee, as well as UNLV signee and Baltimore St. Frances star Dwayne Morgan.
Romelo Trimble will also participate in the McDonalds All-American game in Chicago on April, 2.
