BALTIMORE, Md. -- Gilman head coach Biff Poggi has one of the top programs in Maryland, and the Greyhounds routinely churn out elite recruits. During a May 23 workout, Poggi talked about Gilman's building relationship with Maryland and some of his up-and-coming prospects. Specifically, he addressed a pair of top 2014 targets, Troy Vincent and Melvin Keihn, 2015 target Kai Locksley and 2017 up-and-comer Kasim Hill.
